Our 45-55 minute programmed training sessions are designed around foundational strength components as well as the concept of conditioning your body through functional movement patterns. This program is for anyone that is starting off on their fitness journey, as well as the athlete looking to take their training to another level!

How it works:

Our core 5 methodology

Functional Nutrition

We practice the WHOLE food approach. This means making sure your foundational eating consists of nutrient dense foods that YOU enjoy that are both sustainable and conducive to YOUR fitness goals.

Functional Movement

The development of normal movement patterns to enhance your everyday living.

Strength Training

Progressive programming designed to increase metabolism, gain muscle mass, and lose body fat.

Heavy HIIT

20- 30 second exercises performed at 80% of your maximum heart rate. These movements are designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance simultaneously. This is a form of interval training alternating between challenging weighted exercises with portions of active recovery.

Metabolic Conditioning

Exercises varying from moderate to high intensity done within a shortened time frame in effort to improve your aerobic and anaerobic systems, which allows your body to burn fuel more efficiently.

We pride ourselves in making this happen without all the ground and pound on the joints! If you have injuries we will modify and make it work best for you.
