I really enjoyed using these Speed Ropes! I have been working out from home since March 2020 and my workout space does not allow for a full rope. Using these speed ropes allows me to get back to working on my doubles and helps me keep my rhythm. I've loved adding them to my workout routine and have started doing an extra 2 minutes of "jump rope" after my workouts! Great product!
